(.14 Blood Alcohol Concentration)

We presented a "rising blood alcohol level" defense, along with a forensic alcohol expert report. RESULT: DUI dismissed, plea to "Wet Reckless". No work project, jail or home detention, or ignition interlock required, and a reduced fine. Also prevailed at the DMV APS hearing, no action taken against drivers license.

Case Dismissed in its entirety. No work project, fine, or DMV points

(Domestic Violence)

Criminal Case dismissed in its entirety. No felony or misdemeanor conviction, no jail, work project or fine.

YOLO FELONY PC 245(a)(1)
Assault w/ Great Bodily Injury (strike) and prior strike alleged

Fourteen years prison recommended by probation department. We filed a "Romero" motion asking the court to dismiss the prior strike. Romero motion granted, prior strike dismissed. Judge granted probation over the DA's objection, alternative sentencing allowed (no jail or prison required)

Mental Health Diversion Granted. Two separate felony assault cases, same client. Filed Mental Health Diversion applications. Both cases to be dismissed upon completion of mental health treatment/counseling.

Felony Charges Dismissed. Misdemeanor Diversion granted. Case dismissed in its entirety w/ 5 hour gun safety class and diversion term.
